Red Skull on the Move

The Red Skull has been reportedly spotted in Paris and is thought to be moving towards forging alliances with the N.M.A and the criminal underworld they are currently utilizing.
Interpol leaked a report detailing a meeting between the Red Skull and The New Model Armies leader Richard Aberline, saying that they thought a move towards a 'mutually benaficial' opposition strike list would aid both their organisations and led to far greater power for both.
Obvious speculation has been sparked as to their perspective targets and experts claim that Britain is bound to be on their list if not at the very top. 'The Skull is an incredibly dangerous force of hate and destruction,' we were told by Professor Bill Friends of Exeter University; an expert on the Skull and superhuman affairs. 'He is seen for a reason, he moves for a reason, hell, everything the Red Skull does moves him closer to his goal. He is a master tactician, an intellect not to be confused with the normal psychopaths and sociopaths that crawl into rubber and run round doing good and evil. The Red Skull really is one of the most dangerous men on the planet and if he is looking at you? Well then you had better set your affairs in order.
If he was seen with Aberline then he wanted to be and he wanted us to know he was making his move in this direction. For the Red Skull fear is a better weapon than any knife or gun. We are in serious trouble if he does intend to move against us.'
Interpol were said to be conducting an internal investigation to see how the document was released and why and are said to be making enquiries within the organisation and its many contacts and affiliated law enforcement connections.
